Less than 7 days for almost 5000 kilometres - from San Diego to Annapolis over 33 000 meters difference in altitude across the United States of America. Four young athletes (Lasse Ibert, Fabian Conrad, Max Müller und Florian Lechner ) will face that challenge in the year 2012 for a good cause. It's the world`s hardest cycle race, called the Race Across America.
Although the Team might be the youngest 4-men-team (their mean age is 26!), which ever took part in the RAAM, there are two cyclers, Florian Lechner (2010) and Lasse Ibert (2011) who have already successfully completed the RAAM. It will be really exciting to see how the Team 26, with the professional triathlete Fabian Conrad and the allround talent Max Müller, will compete against the other Teams for the title.
